Elon Musk Buys Twitter

And Censorship Lovers Predictably Suffer a Nervous Breakdown

Elon Musk has now officially bought Twitter and the inevitably meltdown has already begun, replete with hyperbolic nonsense from the usual gang of idiots who have spent the last few years gleefully laughing as the site has tanked in the wake of ban after wrongful ban of independent creators who have opinions counter to the mainstream narrative of Washington DC and San Francisco.

That Musk has not yet done literally anything and there are so many people feigning such concern is more amusing than anything else. What is sad is how predictable it is.

Shaun King (better known as Talcum X for his bigoted grifting) has deactivated his account while The Verge- a notably far left tabloid rag- rushed out an article instructing people on how to delete their Twitter presence; which is amusing, since again, literally nothing has changed or is likely to change regarding Twitter at large for the immediate future.

The knee-jerk, frothing reaction against the mere possibility that the site will reverse some of its more self destructive and censorious tendencies (or perhaps make their algorithms public? Or restore Donald Trump's personal account after his nonsensical removal?) is quite telling.

Because Musk is predominantly interested in money and power, it would not make sense for him to initiate a total overhaul of the site- although I wish he would do so. It is more likely that a few of the larger names on the platform which have been wrongfully banned will be invited back onto Twitter, hugely increasing the userbase.

The legacy media, meanwhile, is terrified that Elon Musk will do to them what they have themselves been doing cross-platform for a half decade now. This effectively countermands their argument that there has never been bias on the site. Much of their nonsensical attack on Musk dwells on his taxes- a point on which they have been debunked repeatedly.

Perhaps the far left cringe fringe should ask itself what it would do if Twitter were to continue to chip away at everyone who disagrees with them; eventually, with nobody left to harass and dox and abuse, they would either tear each other up like wolves, or the site would lose too many users and become defunct. Musk is ironically saving them from their own paranoid endorsement of fascism.
