Despite these concerns I still see the Democrats getting at least 150% of the vote.

We're going to have to make some serious changes to voting laws. And we're going to have to be super duper conscious of what's going on. The Democrats have cheated their way into the White House and a Senate majority. They'll cheat again, they can't help themselves.

I didn't realize that watching the United States disintegrate would be so entertaining. We all laugh and postulate over the mid-terms but has anyone thought about how truly desperate the situation might have become by then? It isn't just Biden. The entire administration is focused on nothing less than self enrichment. There is no one at the helm. If this finishes badly we will have gotten off easily.

Biden is to blame for the economy. Nobody fully controls the economy but every administration takes decision that can improve the situation or make it worse. Joe Biden made things worse: he extended the lock down without any reason, supported the Teacher Unions to keep the schools closed, wasted tax payer money that backfired economically, issued regulation that shuts down business. All these measures are destructive to the economy and the Biden Administration is to blame for it.

Dems are going to loose their ass. Republicans gained 14% new membership in December and Democrats lost 6%. It's not even about the parties, both hate the working people. The Republicans are at least getting realigned with Populism faster then the Dems. Return of America! Fuck the neo-liberals, and fuck the neo-cons.

Hi Tarl,

Nice analysis again.

The inflation is caused by almost 50 years of US trade deficits.

This is as much a democrat issue as it is republican. The problem is that the economy has been a political argument in the US.

"It's the economy stupid" has been a mantra in US politics for many years, as if it is the presidents job to handle the economy. Unfortunately it really meant that it was the economy of the voters that was in focus. So the politics that was implemented didn't take into account the overall economy of the country.

As long as you live beyond your means you are destined to live beneath it. This is what has happened in the US for a long time. The trade deficit is a reflection of this. Americans has consumed more than they produced and now the consequences are here.

I'd bet if Dems lose House/Senate in midterms Biden will resign not long after handing things off to Harris. This way media can run back-to-back stories about glass ceilings and first female president of color instead of talking about their political losses.

There are so many reasons why Dems SHOULD be crippled, but the system is obviously so rigged now, will it make any difference? Hate to be all ‘black-pill’, and I will vote, but it seems the fix is in!

I suspect Biden will step down before midterms, so the Dems/Media can campaign on the First woman prez, will need allies in Congress.

It’s not “early stage” dementia, he’s progressed rapidly past that. I predict that by August he’ll be screaming out disembodied obscenities and throwing random punches at passing strangers.
