Youtubes Laughable Misinfo Policy on COVID
Their website promulgates legacy media misinformation
Edit: Youtube has removed the strike. I don’t care; I removed the video anyways and people should consider better alternatives for commentary in the future.
This morning another one of my videos was removed from Youtube. It is still available at Rumble and on other similar sites, and now I get to spend a week making all of my content on video hosting sites which do not demote those of us who bravely tell the inconvenient truth; that Youtubes' terms of service have become a joke, that the societal reaction to COVID is at best inept and at worst outright criminal, and that tech firms should be outright banned from censoring lawful content.
While my video did not really address COVID policies anyways (something Youtubes' bots are too stupid to consider) and was actually related (ironically) to their terms of service, I figured it was a good opportunity to lay out some basic COVID truths, all of which are censored on their website, in favor of the outright lies spread by MSNBC, CNN, and other dreg tabloid rags.
1. Cloth masks do nothing to prevent COVID spread.
This has been acknowledged now by the CDC. It has also been remarked on by the legacy media. The legacy media is not punished for acknowledging this, but Dan Bongino was and so was Rand Paul, a sitting US senator. Youtube has even banned content by third parties for merely interviewing Paul. That's because Rand Paul and Dan Bongino are outside of the establishment on many other issues, and has nothing to do with Youtube caring about public health. No legacy network has been punished for a lengthy back-catalog of takes which counter this new admission.
2. COVID is now seasonal, endemic, and unstoppable.
As I declared back in the middle of 2019 would occur, COVID is now acknowledged to be an unstoppable and permanent disease, courtesy of China's bioweapons research. This has also been stated by the WHO and CDC. Somehow, mentioning this is still verboten on Youtube, again, with the exception of the empty-brained takes of the corporate press and Youtubes' hand picked army of priority wonks.
3. Vaccines do little to prevent the spread of COVID.
Other than reducing spread via direct symptoms such as sneezing or coughing, vaccination has nothing to do with transmission of COVID.
4. COVID is not dangerous to the young and healthy.
Again, as stated by the medical establishment. Now try mentioning this on Youtube without the benefit of a corporate contract.
5. Lockdowns don't work, and have been a disaster.
I have seen dozens of legacy media mentions of this sad reality- but as usual, they are not punished for saying so. I have seen plenty of independent creators be punished, however.
The deliberately vague Youtube TOS on the issue (that your content may not countermand WHO or local health authorities) is specifically for one purpose; to slowly eliminate independent voices from the website and sanitize the platform. It has nothing to do with combating "disinfo" campaigns or public health. It doesn't surprise me that Bidens' own surgeon general is now demanding that Spotify censor Joe Rogan, somewhat undercutting the perpetual jackboot-licking chorus of absolute idiots which claim that big tech is comprised of "private companies" which can do whatever they want. After two years ignoring Klobuchar cajoling Silicon Valley to eliminate her political foes under the guise of fighting disinformation campaigns, their ignorance of the taxpayer-funded services hosted on these sites, it would have surprised me more if the corporate elitists didn't pressure the site.
And as for the morons claiming this post is "sour grapes" or that I am "mad" consider this: I've gained more than a thousand subscribers today on better platforms just because Youtube is too fickle to administer the site with a basic regard to actual facts or to its enormous independent community. Unlike many independent voices, I have spent years branching out onto websites which uphold the basic concept of free expression; including Substack.
I'm dreading the moment YT goes down.. I know they're F#ckers and all, but the wealth of information they store on DIY, Health and all kinds of other topics that I consult on a daily basis is HUGE. I've been trying to download all the vids I'd like to keep offline, and then you realize how convenient YT has been all these years. Go to Bitchute and search for how to make a blacksmith power hammer for example and see what comes up: very little if anything is available; YT still holds the lion share of all the best vids. I just keep buying terabytes of 3.5" storage disks to store everything I want to keep and it's never enough for long. Yes, I'm paranoid..
The easiest way to find the bad guy, is to spot the censor.
